Had a relative not warned Antara against discussing Brabourne hostel--"don't always talk about your hostel, people might think otherwise"--Antara would have told her parents
i. About an invitation to visit Jhargram (West Bengal) by two hostel mates, in December 1999 (though the visit didn't take place)
ii. Her parents, who took an interest in these individuals, would have understood it was a reference to the Free State of Lippe (1918-1947), a supposed Tagore den that appeared Austrian but was opposed to Jews,
iii. Her parents would have connected it to the Wedding/Hampels and Berlin in 1945 narrative,
iv. Antara would have added that the ones inviting put on their lipstick/Lippe on a small mirror that was foisted on their bedpost,
v. Antara's parents would have understood that US Govts after 2012 would have a fully Global South agenda, these govts would be against anyone supportive of western civilisation,
vi. Antara's parents would have been careful and lived longer,
vii. Antara would have been able to leave India by 2000-01, she stayed in the East for an extra 26 years.
All relatives on Antara's side were altogether with a Bengali Honours club, they didn't even work for the Paris-London crowd.
