Costs and benefits (9): Canada

Ideally, in a House of two strata, as most of the Mykolaiv Houses seemed to be, 'stratified information' was meant to communicate that intrigues, or global political moves resulting from such intrigues, were kept separate. 

Such Mykolaiv Houses were a privilege. If you used the might of their combined information against the rest of the world, others wouldn't get a chance to gather intelligence and come up with counter-strategies.

The stratification of information might be for several reasons. The moment one group got UAP/extra-terrestrial-related information on the Nazi Holocaust, it would opt out, not wanting to work or share information with the others. 

Under ideal circumstances, such groups should have left Washington DC, set up a rival intelligence centre in some other part of the US. The CPUSA had Baltimore, what did the non-Communists have? Surely not Golden, Colorado, which fell to the Hyderabad Nizam's intrigues a long time ago.

The above was a crisis of the legit lease, of the currency, of the US dollar. 

If you had information but still preferred to be neighbours with the Ten Tagores in DC, it had been confusing to begin with but was now outrageous. You couldn't blame Antara if she thought the US intelligence community was fond of Obama's disregard for norms or Trump's disregard for the US Govt.

The problem was compounded by the most puzzling Agency behaviour. Since the mid-1990s (after the 1995 Beijing Conference for Women), China had been floating one corporation after another to support every single one of Antara's Brabourne Junior College batchmates. 

That was to be expected, the 1995 Beijing Conference ended with the Beijing 'Platform' for Action, so the attack on JP Morgan came from China and it used only Indian women for its purposes. 

Antara's relatives stayed away, thinking she ought to find out for herself what fighting Chinese agents felt like, she ended up fighting several dozen Chinese corporations by herself, those that worked for Prominent Personality or Alamo Girl or Chinsurah.

The Agency was not lagging behind in its work. By the late 1990s, it had understood that China was using Indian women to get to Iraq, given nothing would weaken Britain as much as the 2003 invasion of Iraq or the subsequent Chilcot Inquiry. 

So, the Agency was doing the right thing, ignoring the Monica Lewinsky episode as merely a metal bullion threat, looking at China and Iraq, and then what happened?
