Costs and Benefits (25): Purulia and the Pentagon

1. Purulia was proving costly for any possibility of Antara getting employed again.

"Purulia had assumed that NS Road was a powerful entity and had excellent Communist-anarchist connections across the world. One of the NS Road family members used to visit Purulia 10-15 times a year, over a decade, rushing from one chemist's shop to another. He might have convinced Purulia town and district, told them tales about the Sacco-Vanzetti case and convinced them that with Purulia's cooperation, it was possible to rout the Pentagon

Since these activities were undertaken in the half-decade before the 9/11 attacks, we were now free to go ahead with the investigation of the Flight 77 attack on the Pentagon on Sept 11, 2001, such investigation had been forbidden by the NRIs."

2. Purulia turning against the Pentagon meant the AT Das family of Rashmela no longer controlled the Burgess-Maclean narrative, they had probably given it away to NS Road. It was an unfortunate development, for the complicated history of Burgess-Maclean could only be understood by AT Das's family, not random strangers who lived in Asansol and Kolkata.

However, it was being suggested that Mannesman AG-Vodafone were in control of the Burgess-Maclean narrative, what was known in south Bengal as the 'real Burgess-Maclean House'.

The Palace had asked that House to be kept quiet and clean, without too much involvement from Sound  but as much space-based activity as possible. Thus, if the Pentagon tried to approach the Burgess-Maclean blackmail, it would run into NASA, Roscosmos and Space X

It was best not to attempt such a maneuver given the Trump-Vance administration.

3. If the Pentagon couldn't solve Burgess-Maclean because of NASA, Roscosmos and Space X, how would it survive the instability or challenges the NRIs might throw at it?

Antara would suggest rejecting any Burgess-Maclean intelligence that was coming from NS Road

"The Burgess-Maclean blackmail got worse because of the vacuity of the legit lease heir," was the allegation used by the NRIs from 2002 onwards, it led to the 2003 Iraq invasion.

The next allegation was apparently "the professional ineptitude and weakness and constant financial crisis of the legit lease heir", which was weakening the US currency.

Antara had workplace appraisal documents (both hers and her husband's) from the last two decades, so it shouldn't be difficult for the Pentagon to dismiss those NRI and NS Road attacks.

4. Then, we have to establish what kind of deals NS Road had struck with Space X and Roscosmos, what was NS Road offering?
